This original fin jig is shipped to you FULLY ASSEMBLED AND TESTED! The item is a “factory second” in that the overall length varies slightly from the standard design specification, but the item is still fully functional. This jig will still accommodate all standard body tubes from BT5 to 3 inch OD (0.53 - 3 inch diameters).
